  Terrible quality and disappointing customer service. I purchased a hair clip from Alo for CAD $58, and it broke after only a few uses within six months. Considering the premium price, this is completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had a hair clip snap like this. Even a $2 hair clip would be expected to last longer and have better quality. When I returned to the store, they refused to provide a refund or stand behind the quality of their product. Expensive products should last much longer than this. I expected better from a brand that markets itself as premium. The product quality simply does not justify the price, and I won’t be purchasing anything from Alo again. Don’t buy things in Alo!

  Didn’t buy anything but I had a beautiful welcome by a black gentleman and a lovely woman at the front desk at 5:30 pm on june 19 ( id loved to have the name of the person so i could put their name in the review i was to shy to ask )

  Very disappointed with the service. The lady with yellow hair at the cashier was not helpful at all when I asked to exchange a shirt that got damaged after only one wear. I also had another shirt with an issue. She said they don’t have the same type of the shirt anymore, but the store policy clearly says customers can exchange items if something happens to the purchase. The quality and customer service were both disappointing.

  The building is impressive with its modern interior design and beautiful views from inside. Everything is clean, well maintained, and feels safe and welcoming.
