  On Friday I got the best service from a young lady. We picked a chesnut brown short and t-shirt set. She give me good advice and this set was awesome for a 27 hour train ride! Best clothing I have travelled in ever!

  Friendly staff, didn’t buy anything because it’s kinda pricey. But definitely quality is top notch for that price.

  Terrible quality and disappointing customer service. I purchased a hair clip from Alo for CAD $58, and it broke after only a few uses within six months. Considering the premium price, this is completely unacceptable. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had a hair clip snap like this. Even a $2 hair clip would be expected to last longer and have better quality. When I returned to the store, they refused to provide a refund or stand behind the quality of their product. Expensive products should last much longer than this. I expected better from a brand that markets itself as premium. The product quality simply does not justify the price, and I won’t be purchasing anything from Alo again. Don’t buy things in Alo!

  Didn’t buy anything but I had a beautiful welcome by a black gentleman and a lovely woman at the front desk at 5:30 pm on june 19 ( id loved to have the name of the person so i could put their name in the review i was to shy to ask )
