  I know this late but I thought to put this out before the next ski season starts, but I always have trouble getting ski boots to fit well since I have wide, flat feet and ankles (you should see my skates). Nathan was exceptionally helpful in getting my boots to fit me with some custom insoles and boot punches. It took us a couple of visit to get the fit perfect but in the end he was able to do his boot fitting magic and I've never had a more comfortbale ski season. Nathan was always respectful to me (even when I was late to some of our fittings) since he was always more concerned about my comfort. The attention to detail and care Nathan took the time to work one on one with me was beyond my expectations of customer service. If you're in need of some custom boot work with a fitter who cares about you and your safety and comfort while skiing, definitely find Nathan next time you're at Sporting Life Lansdowne this ski season.

  Very disappointing experience dealing with Nathan. His conduct throughout this situation was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. When we raised concerns about things Nathan had said, he denied saying them, which made it extremely difficult to have a productive conversation or resolve the issue. We were also left with the impression that he does not want us to return. What was especially concerning was his response during a moment of crisis. Instead of staying and helping address the situation, he left when his presence and assistance were needed. Overall, the way this situation was handled was extremely frustrating. We expected respectful, professional communication and accountability, but unfortunately that was not our experience with Nathan.

  Jaydon is an outstanding sales associate! He's super knowledgeable about the styles, fabrics, how things fit, & mindful of what's on sale too. Many thanks Jaydon for helping me last month pick out some new summer dresses and other pieces, I'm very happy with everything!
