  Brought in a Samsonite suitcase which I had purchased here, that had broken a wheel. The friendly, knowledgeable staff member, Mary, filled out a warranty form for me, and took care of shipping it to Samsonite’s Montreal repair depot. They replaced the wheel and shipped the repaired suitcase directly to my home. Very happy customer! Thank you Samsonite Tanger Outlets, and I’ll be back when I need more luggage.

  Do not place any order with them, they are so dishonest. They took my order one month ago , kept telling me they will ship my Bag. But now they raised the prices and told me due to online glitch in pricing my order is canceled and I have to buy at new higher prices. They are disgusting and dishonest. Never buy anything online from them.
