- PCPat c3 days ago1.0Its like a totally the most annoying store. 3 or 4 staff eyeballing you keeps on asking you need bag its like being harassed to shop here avoid this place you will totally lose your mood when shopping. Management you guys have to tell your staff to just lay back a bit. Also, they are so weird

Française en vacances avec mes trois garçons, nous sommes venus faire du shopping et avons effectué plusieurs achats pour un montant conséquent. Malheureusement, le personnel s’est montré peu accueillant et désagréable. Alors que je continuais mes achats, j’ai simplement demandé à pouvoir charger mon téléphone quelques minutes, ce qu’une vendeuse m’a refusé de manière peu aimable. Bien sûr, un magasin n’est pas obligé de proposer ce service, mais lorsqu’un client est en train d’effectuer de nombreux achats, un minimum de gentillesse et de considération aurait été apprécié. C’est surtout l’attitude du personnel qui m’a déçue. Je m’attendais vraiment à un meilleur accueil et à un autre niveau de service de la part d’une enseigne de cette réputation. Dommage, car cela laisse une très mauvaise impression.
