  My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this Ralph Lauren location. We visited the store with our two children and approached an associate with black curly hair to ask a simple question. Instead of stopping to assist us, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner while continuing to walk away. She made no effort to help or engage with us as customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that immediately afterward, she went to another customer and spent considerable time offering assistance. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and left us feeling unwelcome. My husband then approached another associate and asked to speak with a manager regarding the experience. The manager sent the associate back to apologize on her behalf and express how sorry she was for the associate’s behavior. While the apology was appreciated, we were disappointed that the manager did not come out and speak with us directly. A personal apology and conversation would have demonstrated genuine concern and accountability for the situation. The only positive aspect of our visit was the associate who took the time to speak with the manager on our behalf and then returned to apologize for the situation. She was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help, and we appreciated her efforts despite the manager’s decision not to address us directly. We have visited Ralph Lauren stores in many cities and countries around the world and have always been impressed by the level of customer service. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. The behavior of the associate was unprofessional, and the handling of the situation by management left much to be desired. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this store.

  I have read many reviews citing the staff is rude; that is not my experience at all based on a number of visits. However, the prices do not align with other Ralph Lauren outlets I have been in throughout Canada and the US. There are very few deals to be found here. I walked in yesterday and walked out within a couple of minutes. I rather doubt I will return.
