Cashiers should be paying closer attention and double-checking customer mobile numbers and email addresses before attaching purchases to loyalty accounts. It is frustrating to spend so much time following up on a mistake that should have been corrected promptly. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency and customer service in resolving this issue.
