  No wonder their stock is plummeting, everything is OVERPRICED. Funny enough, as we browsed, we eavesdropped multiple people all with the same reactions: laughing at how ridiculously priced everything is. It’s a real shame for a canadian company.

  Came in today and was just browsing till I saw some shoes I really wanted. I went to a sales rep and it was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked her for a shoe size and price and she just glances at me and starts yelling at another coworker about getting me a shoe size. The shoe is brought out and it’s the wrong style and size that I had asked for. Not only did she not bother to get me what I wanted, she’s yelling across the store for the size I need and want. She’s the one further in the photo and the lady in front, also a coworker was just letting it happen. Didn’t get the shoe and never going back. Good job lulu

  “I had such a great experience at this lululemon location in Ottawa! The store was beautifully organized, clean, and had a really good selection of styles and sizes. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful without putting any pressure on you. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the whole shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite lululemon locations and I will absolutely be coming back!

  Very disappointing experience at this store today. I was waiting in line for the fitting room with no one ahead of me. Another gentleman was standing nearby, but even the employee managing the fitting rooms confirmed that he was not in line. Despite that, the employee’s attitude toward me was extremely rude and disrespectful, to the point that I decided not to try on the clothes or make a purchase. I then spoke with the manager, Shawn, hoping he would address the situation. Unfortunately, his response was just as disappointing. I felt that he was dismissive and mocking while I was explaining what happened, repeatedly saying he couldn’t understand me, even though another employee standing beside him appeared to understand me perfectly. I left feeling disrespected and that my concern was not taken seriously. I expected much better customer service, especially from a manager.
