  Seriously exceptional service from Paulo. I received a Tudor Black Bay 54 as gift for graduating university and I needed the watched sized. While the first try fit when I had some blood flowing, it was rather loose when I was just sitting down and the micro adjustment was always on the tightest setting. I had about 20 minutes before a meeting I had nearby, so I decided to pop in despite the short notice and time constraint. Despite it being a busy day with other clients in the store, Paulo saw me right away and removed a link so I’m able to use the micro adjust as intended. Huge ups!

  I have been in Howard’s a few times and have always been met with incredible service. I dealt with Jessica and she helped me pick out some wonderful jewellery for my wife. Will continue to shop here.

  Thank you Frank and Paulo. Absolutely amazing experience. An experience I couldn’t possibly have received anywhere else in the world. It was my 25th birthday, and I had to go to a wedding reception the same day. I had been wanting a serious watch to add to my collection for a long time. I was tired from work, hadn’t even showered yet, but I told myself I needed to go. At 3:15 PM on a Saturday, I called and asked if there were any Tudor watches available under $4,000. They said yes. I arrived about an hour later, only 45 minutes before closing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, offered water, and shown an incredible collection of watches. But let me tell you something — the staff at this store know how to read people. It was only the second watch they showed me that I completely fell in love with. Everyone was joyful, welcoming, and genuinely wanted to give me an unforgettable experience. I didn’t look the part. Honestly, I’m probably not the part either. But they made me feel like somebody. And at the end of the day, that’s what all of us want. I didn’t need the watch. I wanted the feeling that came with it. Then came the funny part — my credit card got declined five times. Not a single person in the store made me feel uncomfortable while I was already embarrassed. Nobody rushed me. Nobody judged me. At 4:59 PM, we finally got it to work. Even then, they didn’t rush me out or make the process feel stressful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Frank throughout the experience. His enchanting smile genuinely put me at ease. What a whirlwind of a day. In the end, I left with my watch and a huge smile on my face. So thank you to everyone in the store. Thank you for what you do. Thank you for not judging people. Thank you for making the experience feel truly special. I hope to purchase many more pieces from your store in the future.

  Very rude staff. I came to Château Laurie to check Rolexes, and they were talking to me behind the glass door without even opening it for me. They told me to book an appointment online and made signs. How disrespectful can you be to refuse to open the door to speak to me? I was standing there with a $40K Rolex on my hand and looking for options . You should know better how to treat customers.
