  Great customer service! Clear communication, fast speed of service, and great attitude. I also love the wide selection of shoes and the rewards program I have been a member of for years.

  It's been a while since my mom, daughter, and I visited your store. We were excited to spend the day together shopping for something as special as wedding shoes. The floor staff were patient, kind, and took the time to help us, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy when we got to the cash, and the way it was handled was disappointing and uncomfortable. I'm not sure whether the cashier was simply having a bad day (it happens, especially in retail) or whether they were part of the management team, but the way they spoke to us and then publicly corrected and berated the floor staff was unnecessary and unprofessional. In the end, the issue was resolved, and we appreciated that. However, what stayed with us was the way it was handled. The floor staff genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. In a day and age when exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, employees like these are an asset to your business and deserve to be treated with the same professionalism and respect that they extend to your customers. I sincerely hope that future misunderstandings are handled in a way that supports both your customers and your staff. We left with the shoes we needed, a great deal, and a lot of gratitude for the floor team.

  I went to shop for a new pair of shoes for work and I was unimpressed with the lack of customer service. Waking in I was expected to be greater but no one said “hello”, there was 2 or 3 associates at the cash chatting and not walking around to ask if anyone needed help. I was very disappointed that the store didn’t have what I was looking for and it felt unorganized. There was an iPod from the store sitting on a display rack unsupervised, that anyone could take, put in their pocket and walk out with. (I included a photo.) I didn’t get asking if I needed help finding what I was looking for. The overall atmosphere felt draining and depressing. I used to love shopping here when the old staff and management was still working there but now I just find it draining and dull.

  Had an amazing experience at DSW Trainyards! The sales associate was super helpful, attentive, and efficient. When the size wasn't on the shelf, they immediately checked online and arranged to have the right size shipped directly to my home at no extra cost. I was super impressed by the top-notch customer service will definitely be back!
