Budtenders are very friendly and prices are good. They have given good recommendations when I’ve gone.
I have come to chrontact since it opened and the service is fantastic every time! I love how much product they have choose from especially in their edibles. They have the best choice drinks collective project and green Monkey products are my favs. But I love being to have the options whenever I come to Chrontact. Thank you to the staff for keeping the flow of service and smiles at all times. Mich love.

I’ve been going here for some time and can’t say I’ve ever been treated with anything but respect, and considering they’ve seen me in outfits I wouldn’t let anyone I know see that’s saying something. Also good weed but like obviously

They sold me MOLD... I bought a 14g they said was now out of stock and told me to get a 28G which I did, after leaving had opened the bag(not even the same strain) was the worst PGR smell and was coca-cola brown, after 7 years I had never been more nauseous I went to return it which they told me its final sale and to contact the company via email for a possible return so basically a MOLD mystery bag I got upsold and lied to about the product only to not be able to return it this is the worst dispensary around its area
Safe to say after 4 years of buying here It's time to look anywhere else, Anywhere.....

If you enjoy standing on a Ottawa sidewalk watching your evening disappear while retail employees treat basic business hours as a casual suggestion, Chrontact is the dispensary for you.
I arrived with plenty of time to spare, fully expecting to walk in, make a straightforward purchase, and get on with my night. Instead, I was greeted by a deadbolt and absolute silence. The sole employee on duty had decided that peak retail hours were the ideal time to take a leisurely, uninterrupted dinner break.
Rather than staffing the floor like a legitimate, professionally run operation, this person simply locked the front door from the inside and slapped a crudely printed scrap of paper on the glass. The note—hastily taped up like a ransom note—announced to the growing crowd of bewildered patrons that the shop was arbitrarily closed until 20:45 because they were "closed for supper."; just like my old street dealer used to do.
For thirty solid minutes, paying customers were left standing outside in the cold while the lone worker sat inside feeding themselves, completely indifferent to the line forming right in front of the window. No apology, no sense of urgency, and not even the bare minimum awareness that locking paying patrons out so you can chow down mid-shift is an atrocious way to run a storefront. Every other dispensary in the city manages staggered shifts or basic coverage, but apparently Chrontact operates on the whimsical schedule of whoever happens to be holding the keys.
Ottawa has dozens of cannabis shops within a five-minute radius that actually respect their customers' time and understand the concept of customer service. Do yourself a massive favour: bypass this amateur hour entirely and take your money to literally any other dispensary in town.
Helpfully, three weeks after posting this review, they respond with a LAME ASS canned response. Get BENT!
