  Its really strange employee does not even allow me to open a shirt to try it on!! He has few shirts already opened in their wardrobe and i am allowed to only try those one!! Strange!! first time happened to me in ck showroom!!

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Calvin Klein store. Winter purchases usually come with extended return periods, yet the staff refused both a refund and even basic store credit. I clearly stated I was not asking for a refund and only requested store credit, as I am not someone who habitually returns items. Despite this, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help. The situation was handled so poorly that I was left with no option but to leave the jacket at the store itself. That alone should say enough about the level of customer service I received. This was not about money — it was about fairness, basic customer care, and accountability, all of which were missing. I am posting this so management is aware and responds, because this experience does not align with what one expects from a brand like Calvin Klein. Manager was Yany.
