- JSJohn S4 days ago1.0I wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t. This is by far the worst hunting store I have ever been to when you first walk in I was not greeted and then as soon as I got to the firearm section, I was then followed by two employees my whole time being in the store which felt and made me very uncomfortable and not wanting to buy a product from them once I started having questions about firearm attachments for my pistol the employees seem to be useless and as in useless, I mean not knowing a single thing about firearms, which makes no sense. Why are you working in the firearms section? The biggest thing to me was the vibe. The employees also were giving off the I do not want to sell it to you vibe and makes no sense, even though their job is to sell and make their customers but they lost a customer. I was treated like crap here I don’t know if it’s a regular thing for cables to treat anyone that’s not a old person like crap. I highly recommend the Richmond hunting store the guys there really know their stuff great prices and overall amazing staff and team Cabela’s on the other hand was very bad when I went I would not recommend for anyone else.

- MMMarcOct 3, 20265.0On Oct 1st I went to the Costa sunglass counter at Bass Pro. I had a warranty issue with my sunglasses which I had purchased. This issue was outside of the Warranty protection timeline. Carly and Yusuf helped me by listening. They were honest about what they could and couldn't do but worked out a resolution that was fair. The honesty, common sense and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Nice to get service like that.

More interested in getting a scanner for another task from a coworker than to make $600+ in sales on high end knives. Just turned around and walked out. Won’t be coming back.
