  The staff needs be trained how to greet, checkout. The cashier didn’t even look in my face he was arranging for an after party with other worker while checking me out and didn’t remove the detectors from my items which I found when I got home

  I had such a lovely experience shopping here! I had some difficult exchanges to do and 100 things to try on. Eliana spent an hour with me bringing me different sizes and colours of pants to help me pick the ones that fit best! She was beyond patient, helpful and kind. I usually dreaddd looking for jeans that fit me, but I had so much fun. Thank you so much Eliana, you made my day. It makes such a difference having someone who enjoys their job helping you out. You rock!

  Taylor and Tabitha were soooo sweet and helpful when we were in the fitting room. They made sure we were doing well and and brought us new pieces to try on that they thought we’d like. Thanks girls we really appreciate it!

  Worn clothes with overwhelming body odor still sells in store, and the store staff was so indifferent and gave false information just to avoid potential conflict and push off blames when being asked if anything they can do. It was totally my stupidity to purchase the contaminated clothes but such indifference with false information that can be easily backfired is just plainly poor service and quality assurance. The second purchase also included clothes contaminated with odors, returned immediately afterwards. I totally understand how exhausting and emotionally draining to work in retail but problem solving is a different thing.
