  Aerie Tanger Outlets Kanata Review Quick disclaimer: I live in Toronto, but I have family here, and Toronto doesn’t compare to this amazing store. My sister and I were shopping, and we are 10 and 12 years old. Hi, if you are going to the Aerie Tanger Outlets Kanata location, please read on. I go shopping with my sister and my family. Tanger belongs to my grandma. I mean, I only go with her. I have been to Aerie two times, once in the sun and once in the rain. Both times, I have loved every aspect and part of it. Last time, I meant to write a review. This time, I am. I went on September 2nd, 2026. Let’s dive in. The people The first and most important part of the store is the personality of the people. I was helped by Maya, Ella, and Mia, and here is what I have to say about them. Maya She was polite. What made her polite? She was well-spoken and well-mannered. Also, don’t forget kind-spoken. She only spoke when it was kind and uplifting. Ella She is so sweet and funny. What caused her to be so sweet was that she always had all the nicest things to say and was so funny. For example, if your tag is stuck, no worries. If you help her, she’s like, “Thank you, queen,” or makes a joke, and I loved that about her. Mia And Mia? Oh my God. That girl was so kind and helpful. She would get us anything and everything we needed. Like I said, it’s too big. Snap. She’s getting a smaller size. Or if I want different things, she’s off. Also, she was so nice. She brought me recommendations in a way that was for my good versus her own. Encouragement They also encouraged us to keep trying hard in school and to focus on our studies. They made sure to encourage us to be successful. They gave me tips for going to middle school, as well as tips for my sister. It was such a nice experience, and I really appreciated how encouraging and supportive they were. And that’s how they have hence the best service inside that cream and green store. The store This store has many amazing things. One thing that is really cute and great about it is the space. The change rooms are so very clean and furnished so beautifully. Inside was a little stool, seven hanger spots, a full-body mirror, and a button. This button is the future. It says, “Hey girl, we are here for you.” Press it, and it’s through-the-door service. Ha ha ha. The change room sitting space was on a level of its own. So nice and clean. Now, the floor or shopping area. The color scheme was on-brand and very distinctive, and the brands were organized as well. The organization and clearance were phenomenal. Organized by color. The undies, socks, and bras were so organized as well. It felt not crammed in, more free, until the price point. The clothing is so nice, and don’t get me started on the quality. The prices are ranging above $40. Also, the clearance rack is so affordable and really cute. The clothing I wanted, I got. The sale rack and area do range from $5 to $15, which is amazing considering the original price point, and I love that for us trying to stay on a budget. Once again thank you Maya, Ella, and Mia. You will see us again soon.

  Anna at the Aerie store in the Tanger Outlets is always so welcoming. She greets every customer with a smile, is friendly, helpful, and makes the checkout experience a pleasure. Her positive attitude truly makes shopping there even more enjoyable. I always look forward to seeing her whenever I’m in the store … which seems to be quite often these days! Between the amazing clothing, great deals, and exceptional customer service, Aerie has become one of my favourite places to shop!!! Paula !

  Such great help in the change rooms! Chelsea and Caitlyn really did amazing, were always checking up on us and also made the experience of the store amazing. They honestly are star employees💗 This was our first experience in Aerie and we will be coming back. It was an experience that me and my bestie will cherish forever🥰
