  tried a top on, on tuesday came back today and the store had been moved around a bit but the awesome staffed searched and found it for me, thank you so much, especially the one worker forgot her name that is my bad lol

  Amary was incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect dress. It doesn’t surprise me that so many positive reviews here mention her name - she definitely deserves the praise. I highly recommend this store and I suggest asking for Amary specifically if you're looking for a dress or a cute outfit :)

  I initially came in to purchase a skirt for a concert, and when doing so the associate cashing me out I believe her name was (Celena?). The tags were on before i went to the cash and she scanned through my item and by the time I got to my car and looked at the skirt again they were not there at all. As an associate in retail for 5+ years, I know processing a return requires tags however this skirt was purchased less than 24 hours ago and was unworn/untouched as I found another option. I went back to make this return and explained my situation, to another associate ( Areesha) and she told me repeatedly they could not process this as the unfound tags were MY FAULT. I asked to then speak with a manager and or acquire an HR number only to find out no manager is available and an HR phone line does not exist? She then offered to make an exchange of equal value and told me THEN i could not return this following item because it is final sale due to the exchange??? In what world is this policy ethical.. This is absolutely ridiculous and the associates here are not considerate or accountable whatsoever, and I hope management here takes a minute to review their policies. I would not recommend shopping here.
