  I had the pleasure of walking by Windsor on Saturday as I desperate searched for a last minute dress for an occasion. I was immediately attracted to the Lady in the front who had the biggest smile as she greeted customers at the door. Her name is Shabi. I felt so happy to have walked by as I had just been treated horribly at Le Chateau by a not so nice lady who didn’t assist me and rushed me out of the store. Shabi assisted me to find the perfect dress. She is truly an Amazing young lady, happy to assist and truly Loves her job. She was a breath of fresh air and her energy is incredible. She provided me with the perfect dress and advice and I ended up purchasing an additional dress. Her coworker, Jada was friendly and also had the biggest smile. Thank You Shabi and Jada for the Amazing treatment and customer service you provided. Make sure to visit Windsor for all Your Soecial Occasion needs and for everyday “Fun and exciting” clothing!

  I had such a wonderful experience shopping here, and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize Jolie for how amazing she was. From the moment I met her, she was so pleasant, kind, and welcoming. She had such a warm smile and genuinely made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I was looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding and was feeling a little stressed because I was shopping last minute. Jolie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, gave me her honest opinion, and went above and beyond to help me find something that I felt really good in. You can tell that Jolie genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out to me, and she made what could have been a stressful shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for all of her help and wanted to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Jolie is truly an amazing employee and such a lovely person. Thank you so much, Jolie!

  This was my first time shopping at Windsor, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I purchased a dress, but I didn’t realize that it was non-returnable. What upset me most was that the staff did not inform me about the no-return policy during billing. When I later went back to return the dress, it still had all the original tags attached and was unused, but the store refused to accept the return. I understand that stores have their policies, but customers should be clearly informed about such an important restriction before completing the purchase. As a first-time customer, I expected better communication and customer service. This experience has definitely made me think twice about shopping at Windsor again

  Maryam was extremely helpful in setting me up with a change room (multiple times) as well as finding dresses in correct sizes and colours. I felt a lot of ease because of her assistance - somewhere else I may have felt judged for the amount of items I had to try on to get the right fit. Overall she made my experience much easier!
