  I had such a great experience at this clothing store. The staff were friendly, the store was organized, and the clothes were beautiful. A special thank you to NINI for helping me.she was so kind, patient, and helpful with choosing outfits. She made the shopping experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely coming back again!

  I went to Windsor on Friday afternoon, and as usual had a great experience shopping there. Easily one of my favorite places I shop. Everything from the clothes to the customer service are just so amazing. I normally never leave reviews but I just needed to give a shoutout to the incredible ladies who work at that store. They really set the bar high in retail and customer service in general.

  Recently went to Windsor for a prom dress for my daughter and a grad dress for my other daughter and had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the most pushiest team I’ve ever met. If you want to shop here be aware they have car salesman tactics, bringing absolutely anything to the change room for you to buy. They don’t take no for an answer and have dumb change room rules and quite literally treat like you are going to steal one of their SHEIN quality dresses like… girl the dress is pilling and there’s blood on it but yup I’m trying to steal. I have been there on multiple occasions and have met some heinous employees. I went in scouting for my eldest and had the opportunity to meet their so called management… and I’m using that term very loosely Arusha & Shaba are the most pushiest “salesmen” I have ever witnessed telling me what’s in style but have none… oh okay. Bella was in the fitting rooms and god if you don’t wanna be here then say that. A team full of money loving vultures with no style trying to sell me a polyester dress for 200??? Definitely won’t be stopping by again thanks for the ill fitted dresses. And a tip for later in case u struggle with concept of fabric don’t but sequin next to satin.

  i usually never write reviews but its hard not to when customer service is legit a 100/10. i was struggling to find an outfit for a “euphoria” themed party im attending, but Amary made it so easy. she was so incredibly helpful, and not to mention so sweet and encouraging. literally an angel. she helped pick out my entire outfit for me, its perfect.

  This store is AMAZING!! The customer service is impeccable! The 2 young ladies that helped us, Amary and Ceara, were fabulous! Give them a raise! They helped us pick out a prom dress, shoes, purse, jewellery and a few extras. The cost of these beautiful dresses are affordable and not overpriced. I will definitely be back and recommend this store for anyone looking for great service, cost effective pricing and beautiful clothes. Thanks girls you made our shopping experience a 10/10!
