  0 stars. Extremely horrible place, my first and last time going there. I brought in multiple good quality branded items (Walmart, Tommy, Urban Planet, GT) and they gave me nothing back same thing yesterday. Staff is horrible too probably laugh at every customer’s face. I won’t be going EVER again will just put it in the garbage or donate for free lol. They said it will be ready in 2 hours but it was ready in 30 min like what. Do they not go through it ???

  FOR YOUR SAFETY DO NOT GO. there is a camera from above right in front of the change rooms that has full view from above. absolutely disgusting and creepy. got a response saying it is untrue. cameras have 360 view and if you can see them from the inside the change room reflecting off the mirror, the camera can most certainly see you in the reflection of that mirror.

  Didnt find too many mens items i liked and the mens items were so jampacked it was hard to shuffle through them on the rack because it was so tight so it became difficult to look at shirts cuz u couldnt move things. Perhaps space things out more by adding a couple more racks. Ill be back in a month or so to see if they got new stuff i am interested in. As always these kind of places are hit or miss and u gotta come at the right place (location) at the right time to find good items. Thats just the nature of these kind of businesses.

  Every time I go in I’m shocked. It’s a thrift store but for a lot of things it’s way over priced. It’s actually annoying. Sorry but a heavily used old plain grey hoodie from Aritzia is not worth $40.. that’s outrageous. You can find a lot of the same things at other thrift stores for way cheaper. And I’ve brought clothes in before, and again.. not worth it either. Even a couple of the employees told me I was better off selling elsewhere like marketplace.
