  I had an appalling experience at the Lululemon Oshawa Centre store with Omar, whose conduct was condescending, dismissive, arrogant, discourteous, and utterly unprofessional. I went to collect pants that had been hemmed because the store had advised me that this was my only option. The alteration was clearly incorrect—the pants were flaring at the bottom and did not fit properly. Even the employee assisting me acknowledged that the hemming had been done incorrectly. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, Omar was argumentative, patronizing, and belittling, repeatedly insisting there was nothing they could do. His complete lack of empathy and basic customer-service etiquette was astonishing, especially from someone claiming to be the manager. This was an extremely unpleasant and disrespectful experience. Omar needs serious training in customer service, professionalism, and how to treat customers with dignity. I will not be returning to this store. Your 3.6 review speaks for itself. Will make sure I spread the word.

  I had such a wonderful experience at the lululemon location in Oshawa, and I would especially like to recognize the manager, Amar, for his exceptional customer service. I visited the store with my nine-year-old twin daughters, who were incredibly excited to choose their crossbody bags. From the moment we arrived, Amar greeted us with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. He made my daughters feel welcomed and valued, and his patience and attentiveness truly stood out. Amar is the epitome of what outstanding customer service should be. His professionalism, genuine kindness, and ability to make customers feel special were truly refreshing. The experience was so positive that I actually returned the following day simply to thank him personally for the wonderful way he had treated my daughters. Thank you, Amar, for going above and beyond and for creating such a memorable experience for my girls. Lululemon is very fortunate to have someone like you representing the brand. You are truly a breath of fresh air, and your kindness did not go unnoticed!

  Very disappointing experience with this lululemon location. Other lululemon locations I’ve visited are much more understanding and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If they see that someone is a loyal customer, they’re often willing to make a reasonable exception or find a solution when dealing with a quality issue. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. Every time there is a Quality Promise exchange, it feels like the staff wants to argue or challenge the customer rather than actually help. I even had an employee kiss her teeth at me during an interaction, which I found extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. That is not an acceptable way to communicate with a customer. What’s even more concerning is that so many of the reviews for this location seem to mention similar issues with customer service, which makes me feel like this is an ongoing problem rather than an isolated incident. I understand that not every Quality Promise request can necessarily be approved, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that. Other locations manage these situations with much more care and consideration, whereas this location makes customers feel like they have to fight just to be heard. I really hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on the customer service culture at this store.

  I visited the Oshawa Centre location yesterday with my kids and had a terrible experience. There were two employees working, a man and a woman, and neither bothered to greet us. The man with the shaved head was standing a foot away but actively avoided eye contact and looked genuinely disgruntled. His complete lack of customer service made me feel so unwelcome that we just decided to leave. To make matters worse, as we were walking out, he followed us to the door, leaving me feeling like I was being accused of shoplifting. I will not be returning to this location. The customer service was appalling, and that specific employee needs a serious attitude check.

  Jilani and Amir are literally the two nicest guys I’ve ever met they made my time shopping amazing They made me want to make this my primary lululemon and it’s a 1 hour and 30 minute drive from where I live honestly the best people ever G
