  I was looking for places to buy a specific scented incense for an event happening and was surprised when Chat gpt told me with distance and the price this location was the best option. Staff were super helpful kept it on the side for me, and even though they were out of my favorite edible the staffs suggestion was spot on for the edible and it made the event oh so much better. I watched the shooting stars and it was like I was right there next to the stars. It was great, will be going again when I run out.

  Pretty terrible experience usually it’s all fine and dandy there, but some of the staff are extremely ignorant was just over there and was asked after waiting my turn in line to step behind another customer behind me because I didn’t know exactly which brand it was that I wanted I was asking about hotbox and trying to see which new bags or brands they had from there. The lady was extremely ignorant, and then once I got behind a different counter to be served, the lady was asking me for my ID multiple times even though she was already looking at my account and was verifying who I am extremely ignorant. I asked her why she was doing it. She said they do it with all customers had just watched them help seven different customers throughout the time span. It took them to help me extremely inconvenient, inconsiderate, and the staff there need to be retrained.
