  From the looks of it - there seems to be some customer service issues along staff! My first visit the cashier forgot to take my security tag off my jeans… which is kind of inconvenient having to drive 40 minutes back to get them removed on one of my days off, not to mention not being able to wear my purchased product! I was already a little upset but decided that mistakes happen… get to the cashier and she just looks at me and says “ok” and takes it off. Didn’t look at my receipt, didn’t say sorry, didn’t ask me how I was, didn’t tell me to have a good day or ANYTHING - just the most miserable robotic look on her face. Not sure if it was a student or not but seriously, smarten up! Don’t keep staff who only have a job because mom and dad made them get one. Disappointed from the start, even more disappointed leaving the second time.

  The 3 stars are for the wonderful girl at the cash (shorter and younger one.) Just had a great experience with her service and the gentleman asking all about their enquiry and selection. We had some returns and she was so accommodating, genuine and that is why we need to compliment such honest and nice souls. Some of them deserve ongoing training and support. First contact folks need to be more active and appreciative otherwise they shouldn’t be there or else, your day is ruined. Been coming to this place for years and want to continue but some of these staff members are unresponsive and inferior.

  I’ve gone to lot of American Eagle and Aerie stores in my life, and this is the best experience I’ve ever had by far! One sales associate in particular, Jaiden G., was absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me checkout and was patient and kind while I was deciding between three pairs of shorts. She made sure I got the best price possible by going above and beyond and checking the price of the shorts online, and adjusting them to the online price. I ended up buying all three shorts (I was originally only going to buy two), and will definitely be back because of it!

  Super friendly staff at aerie. I went in to do an online return and ended up making a purchase. Great 70% off deals at this location.
