  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to share a concern about my recent experience at your Orangeville, Ontario store. I visited the store with my friend and my young son. While we were browsing for shoes, my son was quietly watching cartoons on my phone so that he would not disturb anything in the store. During our visit, a salesperson named Judy approached us in a manner that felt uncomfortable. The way she spoke to us made it seem as though we were doing something wrong, even though we were simply looking at the shoes like any other customers. Despite this, my friend and I still made purchases and bought three pairs of shoes. At the time of payment, the total should have been $132, but Judy told us the amount was $32. I immediately pointed out the mistake because I believe in being honest, and the amount was then corrected. After completing the purchase, we waited near the entrance for our Uber because it was snowing outside. It took about 5–10 minutes for the car to arrive. During that time, my young son opened the door a couple of times while playing. Although we were trying to stop him, Judy came to the door and told us to close it because she felt cold, even though the counter was quite far from the entrance. Overall, the experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. At one point, it also made me feel that we may have been treated differently because of our background, which was very disappointing. As customers who came to shop and support your store, we expected a more respectful and understanding experience. I would appreciate a sincere apology for the way we were treated during this visit. If this concern is not addressed, I may consider escalating the matter further. I hope the company will take this feedback seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness, patience, and respect. Sincerely, Amritpal Kaur
