  Honestly, some of the worst service I have ever had at a Lululemon. The manager has to be one of the worst people I have ever dealt with please do not go to this location.

  The manager was extremely rude, I told her that I needed a certain size for a shoe. She failed to check the shoe size when I was at the front. I purchased the shoes and then I told her if we can cut off the Tag so I can wear them right away. I then realized that she did not check the size and they were the incorrect size. I told her that I had to double check the size and now she won’t take them back for me because the tag was ripped off the shoe

  Lovely staff ! Selection is good considering it is a smaller sized store. Not always easy to find a convenient parking spot but downtown Oakville is nice so make an afternoon of it!

  Can the female staff at this store be any more condescending to male shoppers that don't fit the lululemon profile... wow.. blonde girl i assume is the manager... ahh.. no. sorry i didnt wear my 200 dollar pants to your store today, instead chose my $20 sweat pants... wow!. NO...YOU have a nice day..pass.. 2 stars cause other lululemon stores dont give me this vibe. must be an oakville thing.ill remember to "dress up" next time i shop there.
