  Went today to purchase a boat and tote. When paying there was a system glitch. The payment went through my account but was not showing on their cash. I showes two employees that the payment had gone through my bank account. They called the district manager who said I has to pay again for the bag and then later if I could show double payment they would refund the amount. This was after I already showed staff members the payment had gone through. I refused to pay again. The district manager kept saying it would magically reverse the charge but could tell me when or how. I asked for the district managera phone number and email but was give the general phone number for the store and email for the store. Several hours later I still have the payment out of my account and no product. DO NOT shop there. You will have money taken and no solution of how to return money that LL Bean has taken. Edited. Will emailing get me my money back? I am out $70 and no timeline of when it will be refunded?

  Excellent quality merchandise with great selection, including sizes. Great fit. The staff are excellent. One of the sales associates was one of the most genuinely helpful and knowledgeable clothing sales people I’ve dealt with in recent memory. He was genuine and efficient, and went above and beyond. Several staff went out of their way to help me get the best price on a couple of items, and went above and beyond to do so. A great shopping experience. I drive about 1.5 hours one way on occasion specifically to shop at this store.

  Where I left the tote I was going to buy before I was ignored by your store staff that stood in the corner talking. Do better.

  L.L.Bean is the best store I’ve ever been in. There are some expensive products in there and they could probably expand the stores in inventory, but he is really nice like you have to go shopping here. I mean, I like sports check too and I like marks I like a lot Canadian tire stores but this just seems like it’s a bit like in the higher areas like I don’t know how to explain it but it’s really nice. I love L.L.Beans products. This is definitely five stars
