  I had an amazing experience with Knar Jewellers while searching for a luxury timepiece for my wife’s birthday and Mother’s Day. Anyone who knows luxury watches understands how difficult it can be to obtain certain pieces, especially with the long wait times that most people face. A huge thank you to Sasha for being incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. Sasha went above and beyond to help secure the perfect timepiece in time for such a special occasion, and I truly appreciate the effort and care that was put into making it happen. The level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail from Knar Jewellers was outstanding from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. I’m extremely grateful to Sasha and the entire team at Knar Jewellers for helping make my wife’s birthday and Mother’s Day so memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury timepiece or jewelry and a first-class experience. 10/10

  Thank you for your response Knar Management. My initial review may have been a bit harsh without the full context. Unfortunately I did not feel very welcomed at your location which led to an overall unpleasant experience. Like I said, I'm sure you treat most customers well which is why you have a high review here as well as a well regarded reputation. My suggestion is please do not tell a customer as soon as they walk in the front door that nothing is for sale and let that conversation happen organically. May 6th ------------------------ Not accepting new clients.... We are a Rolex family....Myself, family and friends are all blessed with Rolex timepieces. I've never been to a Rolex AD where I was told flat out that ALL pieces were exhibition as soon as I came in. They seem reluctant to build new relationships. All good....I'm sure you provide great service to your existing clients. :-)
