Even though my watch was significantly beat up from daily use by someone who works with tools, Sasha and her watchmaker Michael did such an outstanding job. After servicing, the watch is now better than new with an accuracy of less than one second/day. In addition to the great job they did on the watch, the bill was half what Sasha originally quoted and Michael did the work in about half the time he estimated, what else could you ask for? Sasha and Michael are superstars!
