  Common sense is just not common. Placed an order today for dear friends unfortunately at Oakville Trafalger hospital going through sleepless nights and worry. Thinking fruit and comforting cookies would be a good idea. No balloons, no celebratory message, & note attached was clear indicator that it was a gift of support. At $150.00 and a $21.00 tip I was absolutely digusted with what was delivered. Zero thought or care went into this delivery. Grapes, two apples and a cantaloupe. Are you serious? Because I’m sure my friends carry a knife & a cutting board. I immediately contacted the store, the blame was shifted to me suggesting I should have been specific with what I wanted. My expectations were that it would look similar to the photo, unfortunately not. They did not offer to rectify, very disappointing. Will never order again and caution others that they will need to be crystal clear with instructions.

  I’m so , so disappointed with this arrangement. First time to try and will be the last time to order from Edible. First, the order came late although I put the order online 10 days ahead and requested an early morning delivery. The store failed to deliver on time. Second, the quality of the fruits is so poor. The fruits are rotten the next day even though they were put in the fridge to keep them fresh. For the amount of money I spent on this arrangement, over $200 Cad. I should have gotten a better quality product. Again, will never recommend Edible to anyone.

  These chocolate-covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements Oakville were almost too pretty to eat! From the presentation to the freshness, everything was absolutely delicious and made with care. If you’re looking for a gift that’s both beautiful and tasty, I highly recommend checking them out. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

  I would recommend to always order in person at the Oakville 3rd Line location & not on line. The manager is very helpful & goes out of her way to make sure you are happy.
