Sales person Julianh was polite and friendly, Unfortunately on cashing out the management team felt it necessary to embarrass a new staff member (not Julianh) in waves. First by the assistant manager, then the manager. and a coworker for some sort of payment processing mistake publicly in front of me and 2 other employees. Made for an uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. Do better I think the management needs some additional training before blaming the “new staff” to the customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut location. I came in to return a pair of Meta glasses that had been gifted to me. The associate helping me (an older woman) appeared very unprofessional from the start. She was chewing gum while talking, which wasn’t a great first impression. The return process was extremely confusing. First, I was told the refund would go back to the original purchaser. Then she said she could refund it to my card instead. After repeatedly going to the back of the store, she kept coming out saying she had “two options,” but never seemed sure how to complete the return. She even had a notebook sitting on the counter with handwritten notes about the return process, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Because the process was taking so long, I stepped to the side so I wouldn’t block other customers or get in anyone’s way. When she was ready for me again, instead of politely calling my name or speaking to me, she simply motioned me over with her finger using the “come here” gesture. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. Eventually, she told me neither option would work and that the original purchaser had to be physically present. I explained that he was out of town and politely asked whether adding his card to my Apple Wallet would work instead. And I kept telling her the receipt was sent on my email address and has my name on the purchase aswellBefore I could even finish asking, she raised her voice several times in front of other customers saying, “I’m not responsible for that and you are not the owner on the glasses". I said no one said you're responsible for anything also I was simply asking whether it was as option After reading other reviews, I noticed several people have described very similar experiences with what appears to be the same employee. If multiple customers are reporting the same issues, it’s surprising that nothing seems to have changed. I hope management addresses both the customer service concerns and provides better training on the return process. At the very least, please ask your employees not to chew gum while speaking directly to customers. It’s unprofessional and leaves a poor impression.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these sunglasses. I paid $278, expecting a durable, premium product, but the screw came off after just three months of normal use. For a pair of sunglasses at this price, this is unacceptable. I expected much better quality and durability. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service.
