Hello, I would like to file a complaint about a Chinese employee for discriminatory and racist behavior. Yesterday, she spoke to me in a sarcastic and passive-aggressive manner.
I do not know the employee’s name, but she is the only Chinese staff member in the store. She mocked my accent and intentionally gave me an oversized Scuba item. I hope the manager will address this behavior seriously. I will also consider reporting this to the company’s head office.
Her behavior ruined my mood for the entire afternoon during the long weekend shopping trip, caused me to leave early, and I even missed the casino shuttle bus 3 times because of her incredible rude behaviour. I ended up with a terrible headache afterward.
When I politely pointed out that she had no right to mock my accent, she became even more rude and criticized my English ability. She also bragged about having a master’s degree and kept showing off her English in front of me , I heard she talking to other customers.
She deliberately mocked me by saying that my English has a Beijing accent, in a sarcastic and insulting way, as if she were making fun of me rather than giving a compliment
I was born and raised in China and only have a college education, so I cannot compare with her academically. But no matter how highly educated she may be, she is still working as a regular store employee, so I do not think it is appropriate for her to act superior or boast about it to customers.
Latoya helped me out and she was truly a dream!! This lululemon is blessed to have her. She’s an excellent example of customer service and clearly has a natural knack for it that deserves to be recognized by her superiors. Whatever athleisure wear needs you have, Latoya will go above and beyond to help meet them.

This is the only Lululemon store I’ll shop at! Even with the 2-hour round trip from Oakville, I find myself coming here almost every week—the exceptional service makes the commute absolutely worth it.The management team—Mia, Stephanie, Lisa,Nish,Josh and Shani—is absolutely phenomenal.
