  I was there on Canada Day the store was crazy busy the staff were all so friendly. To the sweet lady at the fitting room remember my name with all the people coming and going I dont know how you do it but Thank you. The customer service in this store was way more than 5 stars. Also the sweet lady that cashed me out was so friendly letting me know that the prices would ring up wrong but she would be changing them to match the discount they should be. Thank you again Niagara Outlet Lululemon.

  I love this outlet. The girl that cashed me out was the sweetest. She was wearing a polka dot set and had blonde hair. Truly wish nothing but the best for her. The store also had amazing deals and was able to find a lot of amazing pieces

  I had such a great experience today thanks to Latoia! The store was extremely busy, but she was still so kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to help me find the exact length of tights I was looking for and never made me feel rushed, even with everything going on around her. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Latoia went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated her help. Lululemon is lucky to have her on their team! 😊🩷 I’ll definitely be back!

  I was given attitude for asking to look at another tote they put on the shelf behind the cashiers. Awful customer service from the store supervisor. I don’t know what it is with this store, Lulu attitudes almost every time. Is it common?
