  Had the bestest experience trying to find clothes for my mama and I, was able to find help and exactly what I needed and wanted all thanks to Brenda in Apparel!!! She was absolutely phenomenal, so so happy with everything I bought!

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience with NICHOLAS (Hunting Department Salesperson). His attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. Rather than taking the time to answer reasonable questions and provide useful information, his manner made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. What bothered me most was feeling embarrassed in front of other people, with laughter occurring during the interaction. Regardless of how much or how little a customer knows, nobody should be made to feel uncomfortable for asking questions. In my opinion, someone working in a firearms and hunting department should understand that customers will naturally have questions and may need clear, responsible information before making a purchase. Patience, professionalism, and respect are particularly important in this department. Unfortunately, my experience with NICHOLAS demonstrated none of those qualities. His conduct seriously affected my impression of the store, and I genuinely question whether someone with that attitude should be dealing directly with customers in this department. A salesperson with this much attitude, and such a lack of professionalism and patience, should not whatsoever be working in a firearms department, in my opinion. This is a department where responsible, knowledgeable, and respectful customer service should be the absolute minimum—not something customers have to hope for. Avoid this salesperson at all costs. Bass Pro, shame on you for allowing this level of customer service to represent your store. Never again.

  Very disappointing experience with the Marine Parts and Service Department at Bass Pro Niagara-on-the-Lake. I purchased my boat here about a year ago, and unfortunately I have had problems with the service department since the beginning. Shortly after purchasing the boat, it started taking on a significant amount of water while I was on the lake with my family because a livewell hose had been left disconnected. I had to bring the new boat back to Bass Pro to have it corrected. More recently, I brought the boat in after hull damage specifically so the damage could be inspected and estimated while I decided what my next steps would be. Bass Pro opened portions of my boat for the estimate without clearly explaining beforehand how much would be disassembled or that I could potentially be charged for putting it back together. When I later discussed getting my boat back, I was told there could be charges because they had already opened it. Communication has been the biggest problem. I found out that the completed estimate had already been sent to the insurance appraiser, while I, the owner of the boat, still had not received a copy. I called and spoke with Nathan, gave him my email address, and was told the estimate would be emailed to me, but I still did not receive it. I should not have to repeatedly chase a dealership for information about my own boat. I am actively involved in the local fishing community, and several people had previously warned me about the service at this location. I preferred to form my own opinion, but after my own experience, I unfortunately understand their concerns. When a customer brings a boat back to the dealership where it was purchased, the service department should make that customer feel confident and reassured that the boat is being handled properly. My experience has been the opposite. I am still waiting for clear communication regarding the estimate and Bass Pro’s expected repair timeline so I can decide whether to have the permanent repair completed now or have my boat put back together and picked up. Very disappointing service and communication from a company I expected much better from.

  The in store shopping experience is usually great ! Tons of products, competitive prices and a store you can certainly lose hours in just browsing. find the right associate and they can be extremely helpful , even offering advice. The online shopping experience however , and especially shipping is lacking for BPS as a whole.

  I wanted to recognize Adam at Bass Pro Shops for the outstanding customer service he provided. He went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was that he listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell us something I didn't want or wouldn't use. He offered honest advice based on his knowledge and experience, even though I was set on a different choice. We were grateful he took the time to explain everything without being pushy. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers make the best decision rather than just making a sale. Adam's professionalism, patience, and honesty made our shopping experience exceptional. Bass Pro Shops is lucky to have an employee like him, and we will definitely be back because of the excellent service he provided. Thank you, Adam!
