  Ya I shop here and I've had a great experience with the staff but I scrolled down and 2 days ago like 30 reviews all came in for Jay being awesome lol....fake reviews are pretty easy to spot. I couldn't tell you any of their names but when I have questions or ask for recommendations they are pretty good at asking follow ups for experience and the goal high. It's aight. It's a weed shop.

  I had an excellent experience at The Woods in Mississauga. Jay provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing a great customer experience, but Jay definitely does. If you’re visiting The Woods, I highly recommend asking for Jay. His exceptional service made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you again!
