  Very Disappointed – Sunglass Hut Bramalea I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses from this Sunglass Hut for almost $600, and they are still less than two years old. A small nose-pad/clip component broke, so I brought them back expecting assistance, especially since they should still be within the warranty period. Unfortunately, the staff member at the location was unable to repair them or provide a satisfactory solution. I was told they could be fixed, but in the end the sunglasses were returned to me without being repaired. For sunglasses at this price, I expected much better after-sales service and support. There was also only one employee working at the time, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope Sunglass Hut management looks into this and provides a proper warranty solution—either repairing the sunglasses correctly or replacing them if they cannot be repaired. Very disappointing experience for a premium product and a major retailer.
