  Pops cannabis is as corporate and anti-consumer as it can get, any deals need to be claimed through an app which you need to make an account and sign up on, very basic customer service nothing special at all. But what really makes Pops cannabis hands down the worst chain of dispensaries is their prices. They've aggressively flooded the GTA with stores on every major road/intersection leaving less selection for consumers. They then charge insane prices, the most expensive I've ever seen even pre legalization. On average an ounce that will cost ~$100 somewhere else will cost at least $130. A half quarter that costs $30 at other places will cost over $52 BEFORE TAX here. OVER $50 FOR A HALF QUARTER! LMFAO! There is absolutely zero reason for this other than greed. Stop giving your business to people like this who strongarm their way in and then have insane anti-consumer practices. Literally any other dispensary is all around better than POPS.

  had a great experience today at this location. MJ had great knowledge about what i wanted and there were free snacks! would definitely recommend coming to this location and their great service!

  MJ is amazing! She’s always so friendly and helpful, and she really knows what she’s doing. I love that she chooses personal stuff based on what you like, and somehow she always gets it right — everything she picks is a hit! Definitely recommend MJ if you want someone who actually listens and knows your taste. 💗

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. The girl who helped me was very rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I was polite the whole time, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service doesn’t cost anything, and a little kindness goes a long way. I hope management looks into this because no customer should feel treated this way. Timing Tuesday 4 august 2026 morning
