I went last week to Lululemon and Coco was extremely helpful and kind. She even when out of her way to help me get these specific pants I wanted.

Terrible, highly unprofessional customer service at this location. I brought in a premium pair of men's joggers that developed severe pilling and spotting after just a few wears. The first rep approved the exchange, but after making me search the store for 30 minutes, she unprofessionally handed me off to another rep.I had to restart the entire process, and they bizarrely demanded my ID just to look up my history—something that has never happened in my years of shopping here. To top it off, they went back on the original agreement and forced me to pay double the price to complete the exchange. Complete bait-and-switch tactics and inexperienced staff. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I came to the store to return an online purchase around 6:45 pm today. The cashier simply didn’t know how to return to Klarna and was trying to turn me away saying that I needed to arrange return by courier. She was extremely rude and arrogant, and was giving me attitude. Manager came over and Instantly solved the issue because there shouldn’t have been one to begin with. Employees like her do not belong in customer service. Do better Lululemon

I had a bad experience today at the Lululemon location after spending $500 there today. For such a luxury brand store why are they hiring staff who don’t seem to care at all about their job. I asked one of the reps who is an Asian looking male, to help me find some ankle socks, and he told me to go over to the other side in the men’s section and I’ll find it. I said I did go there and I could not find the ankle socks. He has regular socks. He said well then go to the other section of the store where the checkout counter is, and you’ll find the socks. I would’ve really appreciated it ( since he was absolutely doing nothing) if he left his position of just standing there at the entrance to come over and assist me in my purchase.
A few moments later when I picked up some other items to go pay, I was at the front of the line and waiting for the other cash register to open when the same Asian man went to open up a second cash register and he called the two girls behind me in line ahead of me, I could not believe it. I was at the front line and was waiting for several minutes before the other customers lined up behind me.
I am totally disappointed and felt disrespected at this experience.
