  I was helped by Coco and she was amazing. I made an online order for my mom’s trip and it greatly disappointed her by not coming in time. We purchased the same products in different colours as that’s all that was in store, compromising what we actually wanted. We mentioned it to Coco in passing, and she apologized for the experience and helped us navigate the online order details. Exceptional service from Coco and Lululemon Square One!

  Terrible, highly unprofessional customer service at this location. I brought in a premium pair of men's joggers that developed severe pilling and spotting after just a few wears. The first rep approved the exchange, but after making me search the store for 30 minutes, she unprofessionally handed me off to another rep.I had to restart the entire process, and they bizarrely demanded my ID just to look up my history—something that has never happened in my years of shopping here. To top it off, they went back on the original agreement and forced me to pay double the price to complete the exchange. Complete bait-and-switch tactics and inexperienced staff. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
