  I Think they sell first copy 👞 👟. I wast my $120+ on them. When I bring this issue to the person on cash counter he was surprised and told me he can't do anything to the damaged one which was due to poor insulation or poor stitching. It was just 10 days after purchasing.

  Extremely disappointed with the quality of their shoes. I purchased a pair of shoes from DSW Heartland, Mississauga on July 25, 2026, and within just a week, the stitching has already come apart. This is completely unacceptable for shoes that were supposedly new and sold at a reputable retailer. Shoes should not start falling apart after such a short period of normal use. The quality is clearly substandard, and this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the products being sold at this location. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. I expected much better from DSW. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that when I went back to the store with proof of purchase, I was told they could not accept the return because the shoes had already been worn. But how is a customer supposed to discover a serious quality or stitching defect without actually wearing the shoes? I hope the store takes responsibility for this issue rather than expecting customers to accept defective merchandise. Think twice before buying shoes here.
