  Bought a pair of Birkenstocks last month. Falling apart already... trying to call store to get copy of reciept 5 to 7 times a day for about one week. Nobody ever answers phone... very frustrating.

  Nobody answered the phone here but it's understandable. There aren't enough employees when the store is busy. The two ladies and manager on duty during closing on Sept. 12, 2026 were awesome helpers!

  Wow! I had such a great experience here today. I came in with my kids and right away one nice sales lady came to greet me and offered to check the kids' shoe sizes. I had to pick up a few online purchases and when I went to return two of them, everything went smoothly. Thanks so much & keep up the great work.

  Extremely disappointed with the quality of their shoes. I purchased a pair of shoes from DSW Heartland, Mississauga on July 25, 2026, and within just a week, the stitching has already come apart. This is completely unacceptable for shoes that were supposedly new and sold at a reputable retailer. Shoes should not start falling apart after such a short period of normal use. The quality is clearly substandard, and this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the products being sold at this location. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. I expected much better from DSW. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that when I went back to the store with proof of purchase, I was told they could not accept the return because the shoes had already been worn. But how is a customer supposed to discover a serious quality or stitching defect without actually wearing the shoes? I hope the store takes responsibility for this issue rather than expecting customers to accept defective merchandise. Think twice before buying shoes here.
