- ZLZarah LopezSep 22, 20265.0Stopped in today for a quick flannel purchase and was warmly greeted by Ashley, the sales associate. She made the shopping experience so enjoyable for me. Normally when I’m not able to find my size, I’ll opt to order online rather than ask for help. But she was so kind and attentive, I didn’t have any reservations asking for help, and she did just that. What an amazing experience and an amazing sales associate. Thank you!
- KNKristina NecekSep 6, 20265.0Belle is the best cashier/employee ever. Sweetest, most helpful, patient, gorgeous employee. She made my day. Give this girl a raise ASAP!!!
- EHEftihia HaralabidouAug 26, 20263.0I recently visited this location with my friend because I know they have a larger store compared to various locations and better stock. The store was very clean, tidy, lots of stock in various items. The one thing that threw me and my friend off was the amount of staff constantly asking if we needed help. It’s as if they over staffed the mid day shift around 3 pm and everyone was on the floor. We got asked if we needed help at least 6 times, we couldn’t catch a break ! It honestly ruined the experience for us shopping there because it felt like we were being followed by someone that was eagerly hoping to serve us. Fine by 1 person is great but not 6 different people.

I was out of my change room to get an opinion from the sales girl for my bra. I screamed. Terrible experience. I talked to management and they did NOTHING. This would never occur at PINK. Do better Aerie.
