  D’Antony the manager is very terrible and very rude. Terrible service and terrible staff. The worst. Don’t come here unless you want to have a bad day.

  Terrible customer service. D’antony the manager is very rude and snobby, and they wouldn’t process an exchange for a different colour on the exact same item, even though we’ve been customers for a long time. Terrible business, terrible quality clothes, terrible customer service.

  I’m glad to know it’s not just me. I’ve passed this store NUMEROUS times and it’s forever empty…I called 6 times between 12-1:43pm….its the middle of the day. There’s zero excuse as to why the store phone isn’t being answered. I placed an order for instore pick up (which makes this experience even worse) and am trying to inquire when it would be ready as this is a Mother’s Day gift. If this is supposed to be a “luxury brand”…there’s a certain level of customer expected. Lululemon would never and this will be my second and last time spending my money on this brand. Online customer team is amazing nonetheless…so my assumption is the poor level of service is simply store level and this location…

  I called multiple times throughout the day today to inquire about a pair of shoes and no one answered the phone. It’s a Monday. There is never anyone in the store when I walk by so I’m sure their associates are not too busy to answer a quick call. Sad.

  Called the store asking to put something on hold. My girlfriend and I always stop at this alo and Jersey is always very helpful and kind. However, all the other employees are useless, rude and hates their life. When I called I wasn’t greeted and when I asked her to check for a size she said “wait” and when she said she had it asked for my name and hung up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. You would think I’m spending hundreds of dollars and receive better service than people rolling your eyes at you.
