  Absolutely horrible. Aside from the fact that the clothing is cheap crap with a label slapped on it, the customer service is atrocious. I’ve been to this location quite a few times an it’s never been a good experience. I went to do a return today on a sweater I literally bought 2 days ago. I have the sweater to the associate who then spread it out on the counter and started inspecting. You would think I was returning a Ferrari. There was a small speck on the sweater and he proceeded to say “can you explain this”. EXCUSE ME? That is beyond inappropriate. To accuse a customer of staining a sweater when alo allows clothing to be tried on in store… is beyond me. I let him know that I bought the sweater 2 days ago and it’s clearly never been worn. He finished the refund but did not say anything else and handed me my receipt in a rude manner. Do these sales associates know that they are retail workers just like any other store? The customer service is horrible and there is not one good sales associate. They are all snobby, rude and arrogant. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  I am afraid to make an in store return at this store for two 2XL garments based on the reviews. Apparently the staff at some point were or are scary. I will pay duties and shipping fees to avoid the customer service. The quality of the garments is basic. The sweatpants are uncambarable low quality. Too thick too long. I will not return to this brand.

  not sure what’s up with the constant attitude of all the staff here at this location, it’s honestly a joke. teach the workers to be nice to people who are spending hundreds of dollars on the clothing. such a vibe kill, and ruins my day every time.

  D’Antony the manager is very terrible and very rude. Terrible service and terrible staff. The worst. Don’t come here unless you want to have a bad day.

  Terrible customer service. D’antony the manager is very rude and snobby, and they wouldn’t process an exchange for a different colour on the exact same item, even though we’ve been customers for a long time. Terrible business, terrible quality clothes, terrible customer service.
