- SSSMay 28, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at Edible Arrangements. The arrangement looked very poorly done and honestly resembled something put together by a preschooler rather than a professional business charging premium prices. It looked nothing like what was advertised online. When I went to pick up my order, an older man, who I believe may have been the owner’s father or related to the business, kept insisting he knew what he was doing while also constantly trying to upsell me on additional products. The entire interaction felt extremely pushy and unprofessional instead of helpful. Overall, between the poor presentation, lack of quality, and uncomfortable customer service experience, I would not return or recommend this location.

Everything looked fresh and nicely put together. My favorite was definitely was definitely the chocolate covered bananas. Overall great service and I'd order from them again.

After being gone for 6 1/2 months I was excited to make her first day of school special. I thought I had ordered and did not. I went into the Milton GA store and Kory was superb. He made a great arrangement and saved the day for us. He was caring and compassionate. As an HR professional I know how challenging the war on talent is. My advice is to hire more employees like Kory. He is world class and a great face for your company. I hope he is recognized for his efforts.
