  We recently purchased the Snowboard Package Deal for our son at Sporting Life and had the pleasure of being assisted by Pierre at the Service Centre. His service was exceptional, and he made the entire fitting process seamless and stress-free. Pierre took the time to explain the different options available, including what we could do if our son outgrows his boots or bindings next year. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made the experience that much better. A special shout-out as well to Kazmin, who expedited the assembly of the bindings and snowboard for us. We really appreciated the efficiency and teamwork in getting everything ready! Thank you, Pierre and Kazmin, for going above and beyond and making this such a positive experience. Your excellent customer service is truly appreciated!

  Had a great experience at Sporting Life! Daniel was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really knows his stuff when it comes to snowboarding gear and took the time to explain the different products and provide great recommendations. Really appreciate his patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Daniel if you’re shopping for snowboarding gear!

  Have been to the store for years for cloth and skiing gears with no issues but please don’t buy a “expensive” bike from this place. Spent 2K on a bike, brought it back once already, still have issues. The bike was not put together properly. . . gonna bring to Giant store and probably will need to pay out of hand for their mistake. Will up date.

  I had a wonderful experience with Breanna at Sporting Life as a complete beginner to skiing. She was incredibly patient and took the time to measure my feet properly, walk me through what to look for in ski boots, and let me try on several different options. She shared a lot of practical knowledge and explained the differences in a way that was easy for a beginner to understand. She also helped me try on helmets from different brands and explained how a helmet should fit, what I should pay attention to, and how to choose one that is right for me. These things may seem basic to an experienced skier, but for someone who is just starting out, her guidance was extremely valuable and made the whole process much less overwhelming. What impressed me even more was that I mentioned I was considering waiting until the Black Friday sales before making a purchase. Even knowing that I might not buy anything that day, she was still just as patient, friendly, and generous with her time. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she continued helping me try different products and answering all of my questions. That kind of service makes a huge difference, especially for beginners who may not know exactly what they need yet. She made me feel much more confident about choosing my first set of ski gear, and I would absolutely come back to Sporting Life because of the experience she provided.
