  We had a great experience at Sporting Life thanks to Daniel and Ebaad! My husband and I were looking for new tennis rackets and weren’t really sure where to start. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and took the time to help us understand the different options and figure out what would work best for us. We really appreciated how approachable they were and how willing they were to answer all of our questions. They made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel really easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for help from either one of these guys at Sporting Life!

  Had a great experience at this Sporting Life location. The staff were really friendly, patient, and helpful. Special shoutout to Prajin, who assisted me with choosing shoes. He took the time to carefully explain the options, paid attention to the details, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The cashier was also excellent — she quickly and accurately processed my returns, handled the refund, and applied the discounts on my new purchases without any delay. Truly excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I bought a helmet and bike lock - Vaneese and Andrew were amazing. I’m a new biker so I wasn’t sure what the best helmets were, and I got fitted for a helmet that I liked. No overselling or anything. My partner also asked Vaneese about a bike and she answered all our questions and even helped us find a bike at a different location as they didn’t have the colour we liked in stock. Super knowledgeable! Would highly recommend Sporting Life! They were super kind.

  Amazing and outstanding service today @ Markville store . We were greeted and helped by Eathyn . He was patient , kind , courteous , genuine and knowledgable in helping us get the best bike for our daughter . He was honest and allowed my daughter to try to bike in the store . An amazing store experience ! Thank you Eathyn Ma for going above and beyond ! Highly recommend this store for their service !

  I had a great experience purchasing a bike at this location. Eathyn was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found the right bike. What impressed us the most was how patient and kind he was with my 6 year old, making the experience enjoyable instead of rushed. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. Thank you, Eathyn, for providing such outstanding service. We really appreciate it and highly recommend asking for him if you're shopping for a bike!
