  I had been debating about a pair of pants for a while, coming in and out of the store countless times until I finally committed to buying them! Previous to the day of my purchase, an Educator named Kitty had helped me with my dilemma about the pants. I have a long torso and short legs, so I thought a 25' would fit better than a regular. The day of the purchase, I had run into Kitty again, and she encouraged me to try the regular ones on as well, and she was very much right! Her attitude and effort to actually help me made the whole customer experience beyond exceptional. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but she quickly helped me order them, and it was a very smooth transaction too. Honestly, this is my most memorable customer service experience! 10/10

  I tried calling this store multiple times today during different times , no one picked up the phone. Help me understand how can a surburnan mall get so busy on a Tuesday that not one single staff can pick up the phone at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm and 4pm ?! Seriously?!

  I just need to say the Markville Lululemon has the nicest staff ever. I wanted matching shorts with my friend, and Dominic literally climbed a ladder to take the last pair off the mannequin for me. Then I realized they were the wrong ones. I felt SO bad, but Kitty and Teni helped me find a pair I liked even more. Moral of the story: Dominic climbed a ladder for nothing, I got the right shorts, and the Markville team is the sweetest. We had a nice laugh about it, gave them a good story and some entertainment. ❤️❤️

  I was here for the recent 10 Year Celebration of Lululemon in Markville Mall. I have shopped here for many years and have had nothing but great shopping experiences. The staff are always helpful and engaging. But the icing on the cake was I won the grand prize draw at the celebration. 😁 I now have a Nespresso coffee maker to show off to friends and family!!! ☕️😎😁 Thanks to Lululemon Markville for hosting the celebration and making it fun.

  KITTY! I visited this Lulu on Friday and have always had great experiences here, but this visit genuinely went above and beyond thanks to Kitty! Her attitude was incredibly friendly, caring, and genuine, which made the whole experience enjoyable and make you feels you actually have a warm best friend in there:) I also want to give a shoutout to Sharlene, the store manager. She was fantastic and recommended some additional products that ended up being exactly what I needed. As a powerlifter who trains heavy and sweats a lot during workouts, finding durable clothing with the right fit is important to me. Sharlene really understood those needs and helped me find options that would hold up well during training. Overall, I can’t say enough about Kitty’s genuine care and outstanding customer service, as well as Sharlene’s dedication to helping me find the best products. They both went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
