  I was here for the recent 10 Year Celebration of Lululemon in Markville Mall. I have shopped here for many years and have had nothing but great shopping experiences. The staff are always helpful and engaging. But the icing on the cake was I won the grand prize draw at the celebration. 😁 I now have a Nespresso coffee maker to show off to friends and family!!! ☕️😎😁 Thanks to Lululemon Markville for hosting the celebration and making it fun.

  The service here was amazing, I was helped out by Kitty who was so friendly and welcoming. I was helped non-stop with finding the correct fit and explaining the designs. They were so personable and even gave me a birthday card with a personalized note! Thank You!!

  KITTY! I visited this Lulu on Friday and have always had great experiences here, but this visit genuinely went above and beyond thanks to Kitty! Her attitude was incredibly friendly, caring, and genuine, which made the whole experience enjoyable and make you feels you actually have a warm best friend in there:) I also want to give a shoutout to Sharlene, the store manager. She was fantastic and recommended some additional products that ended up being exactly what I needed. As a powerlifter who trains heavy and sweats a lot during workouts, finding durable clothing with the right fit is important to me. Sharlene really understood those needs and helped me find options that would hold up well during training. Overall, I can’t say enough about Kitty’s genuine care and outstanding customer service, as well as Sharlene’s dedication to helping me find the best products. They both went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I frequently come to this location and have been a long time shopper at lululemon, but i must say that im pretty upset after my last visit and dont think i will be returning back. I went in last Thursday trying to purchase a pair of leggings only to be treated rudely and disregarded by i think was a new staff member named Jasmine ? I suppose chatting with coworkers about weight gain is more important than trying to help customers. Very disappointed and frankly quite disgusted by their fat shaming conversation. Please do better.

  I wish I could give this location zero star, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Im a regular Lulu customer, one thing I know for sure, not purchasing from this location anymore.
