  I absolutely LOVE Lululemon and have been wearing the brand for years! ❤️ I’ve shopped at so many different Lululemon locations over the years, and I always enjoy seeing the differences between the stores. I’ve been to pretty much every store in the area, and this location is definitely a nice one. The store itself is clean, bright, organized, and has that great Lululemon atmosphere that makes you want to browse around and see what’s new. The products are always displayed beautifully, and I genuinely enjoy taking my time looking through everything when I come in. The employees here have also been lovely and make the shopping experience enjoyable. I appreciate being able to browse without feeling pressured, while still having someone available when I have a question or need help finding a particular size or item. If I had ONE suggestion for this location, it would honestly just be to make the store BIGGER if they ever have the opportunity to renovate or expand it. Considering the area and how popular Lululemon is here, I think a larger space would be fantastic. I would especially LOVE to see a much bigger WMTM (We Made Too Much) section! 🙌❤️ There are so many Lululemon shoppers in this area, and I think having a larger and more substantial WMTM selection would be amazing. I’m sure I’m not the only one who loves finding those hidden gems and great deals, and having more space dedicated to it would make the shopping experience even better. I think an expanded store could really make a difference — more room to browse, more product selection, more sizes available, and especially a larger WMTM section. It would be such a great fit for this area. That being said, I want to make it clear that I really do enjoy shopping at this location as it is. This is more of a “please give us MORE!” kind of review than a complaint. 😂❤️ When you love a store and the brand as much as I do, you just want to see it have everything! I’ve been a longtime Lululemon customer and have visited so many of their stores, and I genuinely appreciate the quality, style, and consistency of the brand. This location is definitely one I enjoy visiting, and I’ll continue coming back. So if Lululemon ever decides to renovate or expand this location, PLEASE make it bigger and give us a much bigger WMTM section! 😂🙏❤️ I think shoppers in this area would absolutely love it. Overall, I really like this store, I love Lululemon, and I always enjoy shopping here. Keep doing what you’re doing — and hopefully one day we get that bigger store and that AMAZING WMTM section this area deserves! 🥰✨

  The staff here are really unhelpful. I came to pick up an order, and after waiting for someone who never returned, I approached a lady and told me it would just be a few minutes. I waited again, only for her to tell me it wasn't ready, and she didn't even offer to check if it could be expedited. As I was leaving, I got an email saying my order was cancelled! She could’ve just told me that upfront. I’m really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place at all. And take note I am pregnant, unacceptable customer service!

  I had a wonderful shopping experience last Friday at this store. I need to do an exchange. Both the staff Stella and Taui helped me to pick the right stuff and process the transaction smoothly. Very polite and pleasant ladies! Love to come again to this location for shopping.

  Staff is very rude, and not educated on policy or customer service. I have had two bad experiences at this location and both times the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They act as if they are entitled to work at the store. I spoke with the manger regarding an issue with one of their products and they were no help and lacked customer service skills. Compared to other locations I have been to this is by far the least helpful staff.

  I had been debating about a pair of pants for a while, coming in and out of the store countless times until I finally committed to buying them! Previous to the day of my purchase, an Educator named Kitty had helped me with my dilemma about the pants. I have a long torso and short legs, so I thought a 25' would fit better than a regular. The day of the purchase, I had run into Kitty again, and she encouraged me to try the regular ones on as well, and she was very much right! Her attitude and effort to actually help me made the whole customer experience beyond exceptional. They didn't have the colour I wanted, but she quickly helped me order them, and it was a very smooth transaction too. Honestly, this is my most memorable customer service experience! 10/10
