  Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend buying from this location. My family has been on the waitlist at Rolex dealerships before and we know the process, so i’m shocked that this location rushes you the moment a watch is available. I responded to the text within 20minutes and was told the watch is now sold. 20 minutes! The other stores always give you some time to confirm that you want the watch, usually atleast a couple hours. This store is the only one i’ve seen operate on a “first-come, first-served” basis, even though you are on a waiting list. And i’ve never seen a first come first serve where a watch is made available and then gone in less than 20 minutes on multiple occasions. In my person opinion, the availability process here doesn't seem as transparent as at the other locations. It leaves me wondering whether preferred buyers are being prioritized. Again, this is just my personal opinion based on my experience. Based on other 1 star reviews I see of this dealer, this seems to be a common experience shared by more than just me. Sad to think the way to get a watch off their waitlist would be to pitch a tent outside their store and sit there week after ready on standby, so that you can snatch the watch in under 20minutes of receiving the next message. Awful experiences thus far.

  I had a fantastic experience at La Difference Time Centre. From the moment I first started getting to know Phil and the team, everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. A special thank you to Phil for taking such great care of me throughout the process. He made the experience enjoyable from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier.   I wanted to sincerely thank Jennifer for all the great help throughout the years in acquiring beautiful timepieces for my family. We’ve acquired numerous wonderful Rolex and Tudor watches for both my husband and father in law and we are extremely happy with her attention to detail, responsiveness, and great customer service.   I have known Jennifer for a while. I don't easily write a review unless the person is responsive, promising, hard-working, and provides excellent customer service. Everyone knows that getting a specific Rolex watch isn't easy nowadays. I've experienced a few disappointments, but Jennifer Lee can turn a disappointment into an excellent customer service experience that goes above and beyond. She did not give up on helping me get my dream watch by just pushing me to get whatever was available; instead, she tried even harder and more and more responsive. Today, she successfully helped me get my dream watch. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for her efforts.
