I understand it is a surprise bag. However, the food I received is not only undervalued, it is a bag of garbage!!! It also raised concerns about the safety and hygiene of the food as the strawberry had mold on it.

Status online says it hasn’t been made, status by automated phone says it has been delivered but it was NOT delivered. In-laws were waiting for the delivery all day. Now it’s closed and I’m empty handed. Extremely disappointed. Edit: They were closed on Christmas Day despite their online website and google maps saying they were open. It should’ve indicated somewhere they were closed. The website shouldn’t have allowed you to select Christmas Day as an option and the purchase shouldn’t have gone through. They delivered today (26th) but I’m still disappointed. Think I should’ve gotten a discount or something.

Delivery driver called me and asked if I could meet him downstairs (which for starters, ruined the effect of having the arrangement delivered to my boyfriend as the surprise it was supposed to) ... so fine - I bit lip and agreed to meet him downstairs. Spent 45 mins waiting downstairs, calling and texting the driver, to find out that he delivered it to the WRONG building. Mind you, this was after he disconnected my call 3 times and then sent a text saying "i'm done" ... In the end, the arrangement was finally delivered after waiting outside for the better part of an hour while i had guests upstairs waiting... The next day someone from the store called and was like well if the arrangement was delivered then everything is ok...?!?! NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU SPEND SO MUCH ON SOME FRUIT CUT INTO SHAPES AND DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE... I thought i was paying for the service and experience... but i did not enjoy either.
