  I have been to this store many times and have loved everything about it! I haven’t been for several months due to the recent change in management… well I went back today just to peruse around the store and see if they had gotten any new items I would hopefully end up purchasing, I wasn’t greeted nor asked if I needed help. The manager who has been made very aware on many reviews previously I see was at the front counter leaning over… on his phone. There was another girl there who I’ve seen previously who I’ve had many polite interactions with in the past was doing most of the work running around the store collecting shoes while he was constantly looking and scrolling on his phone. Very disappointed once again in who is in charge of this location and very disappointed to see that the management has changed and has resorted to being on the phone the whole time. He definitely needs to be spoken to

  Very disappointing customer service. Well… the product was great! There was a girl at the front who really needs some training on customer service. First, she didn’t greet me at all — which is okay. Then, she didn’t ask if I had an account with them, even though I wanted to use my credit. On top of that, she forgot to ask if I needed a bag, and when I mentioned it, she processed the bag as a separate payment. I understand these may seem like small things, but they make a difference in the overall customer experience. The product was great, but honestly, the service was disappointing. I hope the staff gets some proper customer-service training.

  I enjoyed my experience at The Shoe Company. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff, who provide excellent service. They have a huge selection of shoes. Including several different brands, and sizes. Getting the correct size shoe is always a challenge for me. Because I am in between kids size and adult size. Usually a kids size 6 1/2, womens 8 1/2, or unisex 8. Depending on the brand of shoe. Men's size 7 are always way too big. I have a pair of unisex New Balance size 8, that are the perfect fit. That is what I set out to find, and did at The Shoe Factory. My sales person Jess, was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. The first pair I tried were a bit to tight in the heel, the second half size larger too loose. Jess said it was because I am between kids, and adult size. So they all fit different. Then she suggested a kids size 7. Third time's a charm. As soon as I put them on they fit perfect. I was so happy. Jess took the time to help me find the correct size, for my situation. That was excellent customer service, I don't find most places. I highly recommend The Shoe Factory.

  This store is usually the place I first turn to for shoes but lately the customer service has definitely been falling short of what it used to be. I was in there yesterday helping my daughter look for her grad shoes and I received no help whatsoever. As I’m reading these other reviews I think it was the manager, I walked past him and he did not engage whatsoever and was glued to his phone. We left without anything due to not having a size. Very poor customer service

  This is for the bald man who works there, think he’s the manager. I was in the store yesterday, March28th. I was in there for quite some time and all I’m noticing is he is just leaning on things and standing by the front on his phone the entire time which is so embarrassing for the company if that’s who you hire as a manager to oversee their customers. I then continued to shop around when I quickly looked over to the counter/check out area and I see he’s basically screaming at this one girl who was working there along with a younger boy as well. I think they were all cashing people out cause I did see prior that there was multiple people being cashed out at once. He began to scream and I could hear it pretty clearly that he was telling this young lady that she needs to be on the floor? Not sure what that means and that the younger boy shouldn’t be there. He then proceeded to get right in her face definitely at an uncomfortable length to where she had to take a step back because he was too close. I won’t be shopping from this location ever again due to the lack of respect and professionalism coming from the so call “manager”. Whoever hired him needs to rethink who they bring in and he needs to better conduct himself. If that was my daughter and some old man got that close to her I would be furious. I didn’t even bother to make a purchase. I was looking at Birkenstocks for a vacation I’m about to go on but decided to go to the mall instead and purchase it elsewhere. Please better train the people you hire or fire him
