  I really like their new location. It's organized well and has great parking. The staff can be really unprofessional talking about their personal drama very loudly at the front which I dont think adds to the shopping experience. But they are always polite when cashing out.

  My favourite store in the world. I’ve found so many crazy pieces here at even crazier prices! Store always has great inventory and manage to sell much cheaper than value village, eventhough they buy their stock. Shoutout to Terry for helping me out in a bind one day. Very extra special shoutout to Hayleigh! She is always so welcoming and friendly. She always shows interest in my hunts and I love it when she’s working when I come in! Phenomenal store. New location is amazing. Phenomenal inventory at phenomenal prices. Phenomenal management, and most of all, PHENOMENAL STAFF. Big ups to the whole gang, every one of you that makes the visits that much more fun and engaging. LOVE THIS STORE. Toss in a couple extra stars for good measures. 7 stars!

  Popped in the other day to the new location, but was kind of disappointed. We did come in later around 7:30/8, the staff did not really greet us that well and seemed to be congregating around the cash area all 3 of them as well as just chatting and using cuss words while on the clock which doesn’t seem appropriate to me. The store seemed a little under stocked but maybe that’s just due to back to school shopping as well as mannequins half dressed and the racks being a bit messy which I feel staff could have been working on instead of standing around the counter. Definitely miss the more open concept of the old location, but that’s just personal preference. I’ll definitely try to check back in before trying out the north location.

  I went in to sell some clothes and was told it would be at least one hour, and that I would get a text when they are finished processing my stuff. Went in an hour later and waited until 5 minutes before close. Finally when they were done with other customers I asked them about my order and all they said was “all clothes should have been processed” and that we should have gotten a text about it already. Meanwhile I was in the store for 50 additional minutes waiting. They didn’t seem to have anything else do to, they were joking and laughing and I’m just waiting here for my stuff so I can get out of there. Wasting peoples time. In the end they only took one item.
