- ASAnu Shankar3 days ago3.0Was visiting from out of town and was super excited to discover a new clothing store that I've never been to before. Went in on the Thanksgiving long weekend. On Saturday night, I visited right before closing and Maegan helped me pick up around 5 items. (She was great!) Went back Sunday morning as I didn't get to pick up everything I wanted the previous night. Spent over 2 hours trying on stuff, and picked up tons of items. I passed on all the items to an employee to fold and get my stuff ready for billing. Then there was a change in staff at the fitting room, the employee said we put everything back on the racks! What!!? I freaked out because I had spent so much time trying and selecting things and they put all my selected items on the rack. Then she took me to the front and showed me 2 folded items and said is that yours, I said I had over 14 items and then we saw an employee folding all my items on the side. This employee could have simply said, hang on a minute, let me go and check with my colleague and get back to you, but she made me panic and ruin my day! Spent over $600 at this place and a free panic attack.
- EHerin harknessJul 30, 20265.0I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the ladies at maurices. It made my heart melt when I was having a moment being very overwhelmed with my son at the store and they just stepped up and helped. Walked him around the store while I gathered myself. I didn't get there names but thank you for being there for me when I needed it.

- CAceejay abbottJun 8, 20265.0I went in shopping for a dress for my sons graduation this evening and although I did not go back for the dress I put on hold as that was the first store I shopped at and wanted to look around a bit more, I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the excellent customer service I received at your store. From the moment I walked in the store, right to the end of leaving the store, friendly and helpful staff here went above and beyond for their customers and I appreciated all your help and time. I will definitely be back to shop soon.
