  Even though I didn’t buy anything this time, I’ll definitely be shopping at lululemon next time because Kamar really impressed me with the way she talks to customers. She was so friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable. Great customer service like that really stands out!

  Qamar is so helpful and amazing! She carefully asked about my preferences and made recommendations! The girl with big glasses at the fitting room was also delightful!

  Two days ago I ordered a bag to be picked up at my local Lulu Lemon store. My credit card was charged, and I received an email confirming my order was ready for pickup. Tonight I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. This is super frustrating. I am leaving in a couple days on a trip to another province where I am attending a wedding. I changed my plans for the entire day to be able to go pickup the bag first thing in the morning. I can only assume that the bag was given to an employee or a friend of an employee to purchase. I do not have the time to shop for a purse before I leave on my trip. Very annoying and bad business practice in my opinion. I will no longer be buying any products from the store located in Masonville Mall in London Ontario.

  First, the good - the store was clean. Onto the bad, what’s wrong with this place? It was my first trip to a mall in a while. I had heard about this “gen z stare” but didn’t experience it until I went to masonville mall. I walked into this lululemon and was not greeted, I walked around a bit looking at the employees to see if anyone was going to say hi or offer help. Like .. hello is anyone home? I literally had to say HELLO! How are you???? To an employee, to which they snapped out of their space ship and came back to earth. Not that it mattered, because they had no align or ebb to street tanks in size 14 in stock. For a multi million dollar company to not hold any size 14s in two different styles of their best selling tops was a bit shocking? Do you not stock up on summer clothes anticipating that everyone is trying to buy tank tops for spring? We’re paying $120 for pants and $80 for tops, and you want to stare blankly and not hold anything in stock? Review is to hopefully let the staff and employer know this location is not a friendly atmosphere, not helpful, and just Gen Z staring space cadets as employees. Note to anyone reading this - do yourself a favour and look into GlowMode on SHEIN. Same material as the Aligns, definitely jacket, and more, but for $20-40CAD. Do better, Lululemon and your space cadets.
