  Have been a repeat customer here for some time, (mainly due to customer service from Ashley) it is very unlikely I'll return to this store. I am a senior, and recent amputee and today was told I couldn't enter the store without ID. So I showed it, he didn't even read it so why bother asking? He then refused entry to my wife who had left her purse in the car. I said this is ridiculous and asked for Ashley the manager. He said she's in the back but in a meeting. I know for a fact that other weed stores don't ID me, ever. Time to shop elsewhere, I suppose. Too bad over such a stupid thing, asking for ID from someone who is clearly well past 19

  Would not recommend.. as a avid pot smoker / buyer getting ID'd at 40yrs old by a 20 something year old on a power trip kinda chaps my ass .. youre going to continue to lose my business and the business of others if you do dumb shit like this . I respect your need to ID for business purposes and legal reasons but have some common sense when It comes to actually looking at people .. im tall white and clearly not a teen with a Grey beard .. being turned down at the door has seriously diminished my want or need to visit this store even tho its closest to my location . WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER "FIKEL" LOCATION EVER AGAIN

  It felt like a mistake coming here. Every flower product was 10%+ higher than any other store. Plenty of other stores selling the exact same flower for an actual reasonable price. The business model here feels exactly like one that thrives on customers not knowing their prices, and just about overcharging at every opportunity that they can. One look at their menu and it is glaringly obvious. Their staff member agreed. It's somewhat disgusting.
