- AAAdamSep 8, 20261.0Your pricing model and your "clearance" sections are confusing. You have non-clearance products that are 52% off MSRP, and then items in the "20% off" clearance area that are 20% off the MSRP. The clearance section is obviously no longer a better deal than the non-clearance section. Your clearance isn't 20% off your price like it used to be. It's just off the MSRP now. We'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Customers, look up the MSRP before you make a decision.
- DBDavid BSep 6, 20261.0Terrible customer service and very messy and disorganized...no wonder online is taking over and eliminating these stores.
- MFMarian FiscerSep 6, 20263.0I always loved this store...it unfortunately has changed in the last 5 years. Still a good store just not the same
- DLDada LexiAug 30, 20261.0Followed thoughout the store by a staff member pretending to talk on the phone... atrocious experience. Will not patronize this place again!!!
- RRRhondaAug 29, 20265.0Madi was the only reason I found shoes for a wedding today. She became my saviour while I tried to find something appropriate and she succeeded. She's a great value to your team.
