  Found a men’s left shoe on discount rack, asked staff for right shoe and the price. Woman came back after 10 mins, said she couldn’t find the shoe, handed it to another employee and walked away without saying anything to me. Won’t be back!

  placed an order for pick up because online it showed the shoe in my size was in stock. they charged my card after i placed the order and cancelled the order the day of pick up because it wasn't in stock. i've called customer service & talked to their live chat multiple times. they keep telling me they didn't actually charge me and it was a "pre-authorization," but pre-authorizations don't show as a charge in your bank statements. they keep telling me the pre-authorization has been released so my funds should be accessible, but they aren't. it's been over a week. i just want my money back, i had to file a dispute with the bank since they don't seem to be following through with giving me my money back. i'll never purchase anything from this company again. your website should reflect accurately what items you have in stock and you shouldn't charge someone's card when they never received the item
