Even though she tries on items in your change room and seems to like them at the time, when she tries the items on at home she changes her mind. Needless to say, my friend has returned a number of items. With her last return, the salesperson made a comment about her frequent returns and offered to help with decisions. This comment left my friend embarrassed and not wanting to return to your stores. You have lost a customer.
