I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, the store was pretty much empty. Yet there was no one to greet me. When I finally found an employee, they were not helpful at all. I told them the exact shoe I wanted, and after we found it. He didn't even hand the box to me just gave me one shoe, then left, never came back. So I couldn't even find the other shoe on my own. After I finished with the shoes and left the store empty handed. I saw the same employee at the front talking and laughing with the cashier while other customers were looking for help.

The last 2 times I’ve had very pushy experiences when paying. Both times included not wanting to sign up for their email services and both times, 2 different people just overall making it seem like it was the worst problem to say no. Definitely would be more likely to sign up if someone just asked instead of jumping into the questions.

I found shoes to be expensive and there are hardly ever sales.
