  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I visited this store to get my sunglasses repaired (a simple issue — a missing screw). Instead of helping, the staff immediately said they “can’t do it” and were rude from the start. When I mentioned I have a valid warranty/protection plan, they acted like they had no idea and showed zero interest in checking. Only after I insisted and showed proof, they changed their response — but instead of offering a repair or proper replacement, they told me I could “buy another pair” and pay an additional $60. That makes no sense. I didn’t come to buy a new product — I came to fix the one that is clearly covered under warranty. Even worse, when I asked for the same model as replacement, they said they “don’t have it” and “don’t know about future stock.” But when selling products, they are quick to offer ordering options — so why not now? This is completely inconsistent and feels like avoiding responsibility. Overall: * Rude and dismissive staff * No willingness to honor warranty properly * Misleading and inconsistent information * Poor customer service Very disappointed. I expected basic support for a simple repair, but instead got attitude and excuses. Would not recommend this location at all.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience. Their willingness to assist and provide guidance was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the store offered an impressive collection of sunglasses, with a wide variety of styles to suit different preferences. Overall, this Sunglass Hut location exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and product selection. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality eyewear and a professional shopping experience.
