  I don’t know what method of selection this location uses but I can attest to the experiences that others are sharing in the reviews. Trying to sell barely used brand name items (Lululemon, Nike, Polo), real leather jackets, boots and bags.. they passed on all of it. It’s frustrating because when we go into look at clothes, something I noticed is they never have plus sized options (or the selection is SUPER small)... We are trying to sell them plus sized options but we often get “the style is outdated” or “we have to be able to move the item and these will sit”. It seems to be a lot of size 2 Lululemon and Aritzia items and plenty of items with poorer quality — which makes it feel a bit size discriminatory when selling. This has been my experience and based on my observation. It’s too bad this is the only location in Kitchener. Really disappointing.

  Called store ahead of time, when I arrived they said the wait was 3 hours… would’ve have been a little nice to include that in the phone call so I didn’t have to drive across town to sell◡̈ staff was quite nice but did seem a little chaotic in there.

  I had a terrible experience. I came in with an entire bag of clothes and they took two tops. One from SHEIN and one for Aritzia gave me five dollars. And didn’t take anything else I gave them multiple pairs of Aritzia pants, Aritzia jean shorts, Lululemon shorts and then other lower brand that I didn’t expect them to take anyway and told me it’s because some of the items have wear and spotting on them when half of these things that I brought in I’ve worn once or twice and never worn again The staff was rude and seemed annoyed when I went there to sell, and when I came to pick up, they We’re all huddled around the till And give me dirty looks Very unpleasant experience and will never return to Platos

  Such a great store! We went for an aritzia event and Nate checked us out and he was wonderful. He definitely made our experience 10x better!
