He had a no pressure, easy going attitude while being super helpful with finding the right pair of shades for me. After a long time of me searching because I can be fairly picky, he suggested the perfect pair for me and I love them! His future is bright and I wish him the best especially after telling me his goals. Highly highly recommend asking for Christian if you’re ever in Sunglasshut!

Despite the product being in perfect condition, the store refused to process the return and kept giving vague excuses instead of honoring what customers reasonably expect from a major retailer. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. For a company that charges premium prices, the after-sales support is extremely disappointing. Once they have your money, getting assistance feels impossible. I would strongly recommend thinking twice , if you value transparent return policies and customer service.
