She is an asset. She is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me turn a return into an exchange. She made me feel comfortable and had no-mean girl energy. She is a genuine, kind soul! Teija was also helpful and helped me find the Jersey training tank which I ended up loving more than the sculpt! Thanks ladies!

In the end we were unsuccessful as the store didn’t have my size but she went way above and beyond trying to find me the right pair of pants. I ended up buying a hoodie, not that I needed it, but just because of the amazing service Riley provided and I wanted to make sure I recognized her level of service through a purchase. Hope she stays at Lululemon for a long time. A true asset for the company. And an excellent representative of the brand. Well done Riley!
